1. Pricing

  • Prices for our Pokémon TCG products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • The price displayed at Checkout is the final price accepted and paid for the product. We do not offer refunds, price adjustments, or subsequent compensation if the item's price changes after your order has been completed.

3. Order Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and for any reason unilaterally (including, but not limited to: suspicion of fraud, severe typographical errors in pricing, or if an item sells out due to an inventory system lag).

  • In the event of a cancellation on our part, we will contact you immediately to process a full refund of your money through the original payment method.

4. Payment Methods and Confirmation (Yappy and Cash on Delivery)

  • Yappy (Banco General): When choosing this method, you must send a screenshot of the payment receipt to our WhatsApp along with your order number within a maximum of 24 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.

  • Cash on Delivery (Contra Entrega): This method requires mandatory confirmation via WhatsApp before the product is dispatched. Payment must be made strictly in cash ($ USD) with the exact amount at the time of delivery.
    Note: Cash on Delivery Does not reserve the product if someone buys it online and pays the full ammount the stock will be theirs.

5. Shipping and Third Parties

  • byvayron commits to handing over packages in perfect condition to external courier companies. We are not responsible for logistical delays, strikes, or inconveniences directly caused by the carriers in charge of final delivery.

6. Intellectual Property and Language

  • All brands, names, and logos of Pokémon and Pokémon TCG belong to their respective owners. We only sell 100% authentic products. All internal content of the trading card packs is in its original language (English).

7. Eligibility and Modifications

  • Age of Majority: By using this site and making a purchase, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your territory of residence, or that you have the consent of your parents or legal guardians to conduct transactions.

  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review this page periodically to check for changes before making a new purchase.
