Refund policy

  • Returns: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any sealed Pokémon TCG products (Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Boxes, Blisters, special collections, or singles) once the item has left our distribution center or has been delivered.

    Product Integrity: We are not responsible for the variety of cards or the contents inside the booster packs, as pull rates are randomly determined at the factory level by The Pokémon Company International.

    Exceptions for Shipping Damage: The only applicable exception is if you receive a completely different product from what you ordered, or if the outer shipping package arrives severely damaged, compromising the integrity of the sealed product. In this specific case:

    • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

    • It is mandatory to provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the shipping label, the condition of the package, and the affected product with no cuts or edits.

    • The Pokémon product must remain 100% factory-sealed in its original shrink wrap. Any product with broken, removed, or tampered protective plastic will immediately void any right to a claim.
